Make next year decree-free

Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva’s remark on Thursday that the emergency decree may be lifted before the new year in Bangkok, Pathum Thani, Nonthaburi and Samut Prakan provinces is most encouraging, and is hopefully a sign that the country is indeed returning to ”normal”.
