Defacing advertisement begins

CHENNAI: In its bid to keep city roads free from banners, the Chennai Corporation on Monday began defacing digital banners on high-rise buildings with tar. The zonal offices of the corporation have identified unauthorised banners put up in 240 buildings across the city.
