(IT) As an important subject – Hong Kong’s role in the country’s global strategy – began to emerge gradually only in the last couple of years. There are now preliminary studies going on in Hong Kong as well as in the mainland on this issue, which is without a doubt crucial to Hong Kong’s future.
(IT) As for Hong Kong, I visited recently and discovered it has much more than just malls, but also picturesque open spaces, a rich culture and enviably healthy lifestyles based on hard work. The longevity record is proof of what can be achieved health-wise in cities with little direct sunlight and less than perfect air.
(IT) Loneliness and depression have become the most pressing problems for Chinese senior citizens. Most of them don’t need to worry about basic life needs as China’s development over the last 30 years has improved people’s quality of life.
